Developed by Logipro Systems in conjunction with a major counselling organisation in South Australia involving government, employers and unions, LogiCounsel provides the tools for practitioners to record details in relation to each counselling episode. Relevant information for specific government departments, employers and unions can be entered and consequently, the ability to report, statistically, to each Client in the specific manner they require, is available on a periodic basis. LogiCounsel is also able to link to other software systems such as Appointment Systems and Patient Information Systems thus negating the need to enter data into more than one system. The system assists the servicing organisation to report to their Clients, thus helping reduce turnover of staff, which can be avoided by supporting them to deal with issues which affect them and their ability to perform their job. LogiCounsel can be customised to suit a particular Customer's requirements.
