2000 (Server and Workstation) clients.

How can I protect my system from going down and what should I do if it does?

You should discuss with an RX Solution Provider various "RAID" options available with your network. These include disk
mirroring, dual controllers, disk striping, UPS backup. An on-site hardware/network warranty is highly recommended in rare cases of complete hardware failure/theft. .

Can I access data in my databases from other systems?

RXSQL use Windows compatible databases which conform to the ODBC (Open Database Connectivity) standard. Subject to security in
place, this means that you can report/query/export data more easily than systems that use proprietary (non-ODBC) databases

MS Office products, Lotus, Crystal can all be used to view/query/sub-database RX data.

Do I need special brands of Hardware for RX Medical?

RX recommends the use of well known brands of hardware. It should be noted that Microsoft issue an Approved Hardware List for NT
